dreeedddddd......since friday I getting stomach cramps, its painful and irritating, I only get it when im hungry, when i eat it goes away, then when I get hungry again it starts back, its intermittent I thought it was gas, taking gas tablets since friday, no dice, so it cant be gas, what to do?? its coming on again.....

Just set times that you eat and stick to it for a few days, whether you hungry or not.
also eat some yogurt in-between meals for a few days.

He should monitor it for a few days. I say if by this thursday/friday he's still experiencing discomfort, then he should go see a specialist....and let them take it from there.

Do the scope as duane said there are many types of ulcers as well as diseases that could cause this some can even be cancerous, the scope would take biopsies making a proper diagnosis

Acid reflux would also give a sensation of burning, not just cramps. Ulcers are associated with sharp pains. There is no need for endoscopy at this early stage. Just monitor for blood, highly unlikely. As for the appetite, could be because of the buscopan, or hormaonal changes
