Parsad is Flour + Milk + Sugar + Butter + oil. i only took a little bit.

My mother made samosas and i just couldnt help myself.

There seems to be another virus going around with similar symptoms as Chik V and Dengue.

I heard a concoction made from pawpaw leaf helps with the aches.

Close to a hundred grams of channa/chickpea alone...have to do some measurements.

Note though, that amount of channa would have 27g of carbs by itself.

just the baras can have between 4-6g of protein, depending on their sizes

^Same here bro, I'm just always super skeptical when plugging in what I eat in mfp.

I really have no clue how barah is made so that may be it Snatman.

3 doubles and you could leave out a protein shake :lol:

Double goes straight to me belly....I can not help it.

Belly like jelly. Need to get on track and bring my calories down to 1200 a day.
Any simple local diet plan you guys use? Anything,a layout from breakfast to dinner.

Need to keep the energy up also.
Share what you have and use.

Deadlift day today, need to work on form some more. Need to get some 45's as the 35's have me lifting in a small deficit.

I dont keep it off....lol Right now i coastin' some serious love handles and a piece of belly. :lol:

went n work out today, felt good, hopefully i could maintain a momentum. When I not training I find it so hard to eat properly.
