Sinister 1 point, wheelspin tends to give you more mph. trakbite will aid Less wheelspin and mph will come down but et will be quicker.

yup indeed, but looking for a 1.41 60ft @ 144mph should be a nice time in those two runs the 60ft were both 1.5s....
he did six 1.4s in st lucia already... this time should be....quite amazing.

question:

When does the elapsed time start? when the xmas tree hits green or when the car starts to move.... there in brings the reaction time into play.... so is it safe to say based on the timing of the xmas tree... this car is doing 11.995 and 11.954 respectively??? i am askin??

When the car moves(breaks the starting line beams and breaks the finishline beam). He can stand up at the light for 1 minute and his elapse time will still be 9 secs.

Reaction time has no effect on et.

yup thats right!
reaction time was 2+ seconds...
the ET is the estimated time the car takes to LEAVE the line to cross the finish line....

reaction time is time taken for the car to leave the line after the green light.

To the green. 500th of a sec between 3rd yellow and green light on a standard light, 400th of a sec on pro tree light. The new trees out now are .000 rt to the green.

^ again correct ;)

ontop of your game good sir.
trained by Autosport i presume ;)

The St Lucia event should be a management training school for all of TTASA's staff to educate the know hows on "how to run a proper event"

Maybe this is the ONLY way TTASA can "look after their racers" in the future...

I really don't expect educated racers like yourself and others to down scale your standards of racing in Trinidad to fuel your passion for motorsports by taking part in a TTASA event.

Its like from a luxurious RR Phantom to a rotted B13.... I've attended both events, past and present, and TTASA has a LONG road ahead of them, quite unfortunate for them, the direction they are headed is not in the path of the goals and objectives of the racers and spectators.
