from the radar and satellite images I figured St Lucia was under heavy wind and rain

Which satellites are you using? Accuweather says the center passed between St Lucia and St Vincent, one casualty from what I've heard in SVG a schoolboy who went outside. From the looks of it St Lucia got the worse of it
