Motorola has a Program that does it for you.
It should come with the Motorola phone tools disc. Im sure you could find a copy online.

^ mobile phone tools by bvrp software

Aaron 2NR, open the software, select the phonebook (not sure which ver. you're using, but every version had this)

then read contacts from phone..from there you have the option to export to a .csv file which you can import into ms outlook or export to windows phone book

there was a way to export it directly into your ms outlook profile but i can't remember

never used it on vista..

ok try exporting to a csv file, then open ms outlook

File > Import and Export > Import from another program or file > Comma Separated Values (Windows) then select the file and click 'next'
