Re: PC Tech/Gaming Info Thread

Postby bassotronics » May 13th, 2012, 8:00 pm

I don't know if i could post this here, but i'll give it a shot.

The problem is, I bought a 64GB flash drive from a tuner (brand new). When I carried it home, the drive was showing on the pc as it should, (didn't copy any files yet). The problem that I'm seem to be having is that, when I transfer a file, it gets corrupted while copying. Tried it on my laptop, and on my desktop to see if it was a windows problem but they were both doing the same thing. I tried reformatting the drive to NTFS but it says "windows cannot complete the format". The format that it is currently in is exFAT. It is reading properly, but not working properly. Any ideas what i can do?

Sorry to hear bro, if that's the case with my own, then these fakes looks very legit. The model I bought was the Data Traveler 150, the packaging an stuff seemed very original.

Arranged today to get the flash exchanged, turns out that all the 64GB's they have is getting this problem. I took a refund back, I think I might just buy an external hard drive. What's the cost of a WD Passport 1tb external HDD?
