I don't know any personally, but I know there are in the country. Check the pet classifieds in the papers.

check lum kin's shop, he would know who the good breeders are
labs are notorious for genetic hip probs, might be the worst affected dog

I clean forgot about Lum kin's store... and I used to work there. Lol.
