Pretty cool.

However, the Gboard seems to disable the keyboard being used as a trackpad via 3D touch on the 6S.

Hopefully that can fix with an update.

For those on Android waiting to get this, for now there is Slash Keyboard. Works ok.

WTF @ the permissions.

Saw no real benefit to this and went back to the stock version.

More like this

Not a huge deal since all this is probably automatically tracked with Android and any Google services used. I suppose the initial pop up was a bit disconcerting

Yeah they need to state that but it's no different than anything you type in Google or in Gmail or in chrome

A partial fix was introduced in the latest update, as sliding your finger on the space bar now allows you to move the cursor in the text box.

But it's not a true trackpad and doesn't seem to use 3D touch functionality - it only allows left and right movement, not up and down as well.
