Stolen Black Ford Ranger TCP 5465 (white apple logo in the front & back windscreen)

Please find the following information that were inside the vehicle:-

MACBOOK AIR (1)
MACBOOK (1)
APPLIE IPAD 16GB/3G
CANON REBEL CAMERA (1)
SONY CAMCORDER (1)
APPLE IPHONE (1)
SAMSUNG GALAXY (1)
LAPTOP BAG WITH DOCUMENTS (BUSINESS & PERSONAL

My friend park his van awaiting some documents while he was going into the van two men come about 25 -26 year and ask him for the keys, He give it to them and there goes the 2012 MacBook Pro and Mac Air, iPhone 4, Samsung i9100 S 2.

did h e have some type of GPS alarm? something he could at least shut it down with? those things are going really cheap now, i dont know why people dont spend the extra and invest in them

I think its possible to jam the signal from those gsm systems with those cellphone jammer thingies.
