^ I don't like Plain Coffee, that alone would put tassimo over keurig for me, and also the fact that they do starbucks and dunkin donuts! When did buying a coffee maker become so complicated??

The machiattos are really good, even for myself and I am not a fan of milk in my coffee.

Gevalia discs are quite rich and flavorful.

I personally not a great fan of coffee but I do drink sometimes . After learning that Ethiopia produce some of the best grades of coffee in the world I started collecting coffee from Ethiopia ( spent 3 years working in Ethiopia) , I was suprise that 85% of all coffee produced in Ethiopia is presold to Japan , the other 15% is purchased by high end Gourmet coffe houses in Europe and America. You cannot buy Ethiopian coffee in your normal supermarket of coffee house. I have collected three of the best brands , the best being the Tomaca brand and coffee from the Harar region. I will try and post some pics when next I return to Trinidad. The Tomaca farmers have an old fashion Italian coffeee house in Addis Abeba where you can see the roasting of the beans, grinding and preparation of freshly brewed coffee, a real cool place to hang out . They have a lot of antique grinding machines for sale also.

strange that u say that ...considering blue montain coffee is considered one of the best in the world

Trinidad coffee is also considered one of the best in the world. Price and reputation does not mean it is the best especially on something as subjective as taste. I bought some Jablum to try on a visit to Jamaica and honestly did not care for it. My personal favourites are Central American coffees particularly from El Salvador and Guatemala

Coffee is the second most traded product in the world after petroleum.
Brazil is the world's largest exporter of coffee.

Coffea canephora (Robusta) coffee beans have about twice as much caffeine per gram than the more popular and smoother, richer tasting Coffea arabica bean. Robusta beans are easier to cultivate and to care for but have a bitter taste, hence they are generally used for lower-grade coffee blends.

The highest rated coffee in the world comes from Kenya in the Mamuto Farms, Kirinyaga. Its taste is described as "Intense, rich, roundly tart: honey, lemon, black currant, flowers, flowering grass. Delicate, sweetly bright acidity; silky mouthfeel. Honey and ripe lemon saturate a long, rich finish."

Trinidad coffee is not that good at all, the coffee grown here is plant type called robusta, common dog type
the good coffee are from arabica plants

coffee made from instant bottle mix(nescafe, colcafe etc) and coffee made with freshly ground not-old beans are two different things totally.

not that either is bad but people should be aware of that fact

I had it in restaurants when visiting the US. They made it from freshly ground beans much like how Starbucks does it.
