*sigh. ok let me explain it to you. Every citizen of T&T has the right to import one F. used vehicle every 3 years during this time the vehicle cannot be sold to another party.- IIRC.

to become a dealer you need to have a registered business and apply for a license with the ministry of trade and industry.
there was an AD in the papers a couple of months ago asking interested parties who wish to become RORO dealers to visit an office to become registered.

the criteria to become a dealer is that you must be in good financial status with your bank have your own lot to display you inventory and equipment necessary to service these vehicles properly according to local law and regulations and you MUST offer a warranty - though it does not specify.
