While if you're returning it for another reason, like wrong colour or you just don't want it anymore, you have to foot the shipping.
Thats what their policies state. So I think OP should just ship it back. They should give him a sheet to print and put on the box too.

He can't use that sheet if he's outside the us. You have to put that sheet in the box, and send them a copy of the shipping receipt. That's what I usually do
