Postby shaneelal » July 26th, 2013, 7:55 pm

Anyone using the service yet? Any reviews?

I see it comes with free installation.

20mb is 375 + vat. Believe a 15% discount is available.

[cs, b]Even though blink was in my area, after applying like three times and endless phone calls over 2 years - I woulda still be waiting.

Flow ran fiber and within 2 weeks I got flow.

Not available everywhere.

I know they upgraded the line up to where my parents live but they have flow so unless it's cheaper than the 5Mbit flow they not going to switch.

He probably call 824 TSTT, Option 5 8-)

Flow phoqqing up bad bad for me the last 2 weeks, but still not sure if I am willing to go back to tstt.

The 15% discount is most likely for 2 yr contract, but still not bad pricing considering flow's.

Yeah.. 5Mbit for $116 less is still good enough. AND flow has 15down 2 up for $16 less than that 10Down. GL to TSTT in their endeavors.

TSTT sucks nads. Its been 7 weeks of calling their CSR's and supervisors as my land line and internet has gone down. 7 WEEKS!!! and yet its always the same update: "Oh i'm sorry were waiting for a bucket truck" As if there is only one bucket truck servicing Trinidad.

I'm making the switch to anything really. The hassle alone does not justify the price, especially when im paying $699+ a month for the 10mb package.

And their CSR's are either clueless or rude!

I'm ashamed to be with TSTT really.

There we go again.. if you live in an underserved area like me.. now you have to wait even longer for a decent broadband service.

Resources are now being placed to further enhance the already excellent coverage areas.
