I know u just a come immigrant, the media don't highlight these things. You need to watch parliament channel .

He did stand up in parliament and complain that UNC at the time fixing for more indos into the armed forces.

That's not being racist, excluding indos is. PNM has a way of excluding indos and corrupting processes and bodies.
CCJ at that time was moving in PNM direction, exclusions of indos was necessary for favour of certain cases and installation of a glass ceiling.
