The victim told police he woke at 2am to find Gilman, who weighs nearly 16 stone, on top of him having sex, while holding his hands above his head.
The alleged victim, who did not know Gilman 'but recognized her as a drug user in the area', woke to find her on top of him, pinning his hands down over his head, according to the charges.
He said he asked her to get off him during the attack in June 2013, but she refused, telling him 'to be quiet', court papers say.

If one is worse then it follows that one is better.desifemlove wrote:...but woman on [man] rape ent as bad as man on woman rape........
Wow, a direct contradiction to yourself.desifemlove wrote:... i just don't see it as bad, ...
...and i never said it's better
desifemlove wrote:men can more easily rape a woman than a woman rape a man..
Again this is true but irrelevant to your argument. I am saying that it does not make sense to give preferential treatment to a woman that commits the act of rape because "women are the weaker sex". What happen to equal rights?desifemlove wrote:oh, and in any criminal case, the facts of the case are used in sentencing.

This is irrelevant. You are making reference to the fact that men are typically larger and more physically dominant than women. However, these generalisations do not matter in criminal cases. All that matters is the man and woman involved. There are big women and small men. Are you saying a big woman raping a small man would be just as bad as a man raping a woman?Again this is true but irrelevant to your argument. Also, where does woman on woman rape and man on man rape fall into you ranking from best to worst?
Rape is rape... regardless.
The only logically sound part of your argument so far is here, where you state that logic has nothing to do with your argument.desifemlove wrote:...may not seem logical, but firetruck logic....
I don't know what exactly you are trying to say.desifemlove wrote:ok..but then it clear you don't like/cannot handle others' views.....and logic? it don't exist.

Ryandtrini also raised a good point. Is a diseased woman raping a man worse than a man (without a disease) raping a woman? What about if the woman did not know she was diseased? Does that make it more or less wrong?
