What are the real benifits from this? Other than if you have a full time locker installed upfront?

Just a cheaper option. In My van the full 4wd runs all tye time. These locks will allow me to let the axles run independent of the wheels. Better acceleration and fuel mileage

are there any cons or mods necessary to use 275/70/17 mud tyres on a stock 2013 Hilux?

its the 3.0 manual 4x4, and i am using stock rims.

Mods. ..I do not know if it will fit or not
Cons
I would say extra wear and tear on drivetrain components due to additional weight
Noisier due to chunkier tread blocks
Generally lower levels of on road grip.

Is the sedimentor light suppose to flash when you turn on the ignition? I bled it a few times and the light flashes at ignition but then extinguishes.

When was the last time the fuel filter was changed. ....approx How many kms ago

Honestly i don't have a lot of information for the symptoms that cause the fuel light to flash

I drained it thrice but the light still flashes at pre-ignition.

Carry it back in d company and they would take out the entire assembly and wash it. U can wash it yourself as well if you wanna try... flashing light could be because of a sticking float.

You will need a lift to clear the front...... i have a full set if you're interested. .I have m/t on my hilux with no problems, some extra road noise but nothing unbearable..

Why can I not chang oil every 10k on the hilux 3.0d4d. If I use fully synthetic oil like Mobil 1 or delvac, every 10k should be fine instead of 8k or 5k right?

It's probably because the oil has to deal with a lot more soot than the 2.5 d4d due to the egr

Doing and Engine Flush before the oil change will allow fresh oil to last longer, as it will not be contaminated with sludge and remains of the old oil.

Guys I did a service at toyota but after I drove out I started hearing noises under the van .....I think the over tightened up.the suspension....
I really don't have time to take the van back in......
Should I be worried about this?

Might have to make time to take it back. ..
What kind of noises; squeaking knocking clanking
What did they say was done at the service

It's a sort of knocking when I go in a depression or on rough roads....my sales rep told me that they tighten up the suspension at service so this is prob the reason......it's not a bad noise but it is one that wasn't there before

Check the rubbers under your hood, turn anticlockwise to raise height.

Sales reps aren't technical folks....take it back if and have them recheck it.
