non-USDM Rangers are sold all over the world and thus have always had LHD variants... actually this has been the case even with the earlier Courier pickup, which was renamed Ranger in the late 90's
Recent articles have said that Ford is unifying its vehicle lineup globally, hence the move to send the Fiesta stateside, as well as do away with the USDM Focus and replace it with the euro model. Apparently the Ranger is going to be part of that strategy, and will slot under the F150 models
killerhyundai, Mc Enearney might not bring it but I'm sure it will eventually turn up at a RORO dealer near you, as is the case the with current Wildtrak

If the firm does bring the 5cylinder 3.5, its going to be wayyyyy overpriced.
As it is now with the Duratorq, they prob wont bring it manual either.. (except special order)
I am guestimating a starting price of 320 - 330 for the 4x4 Auto 3.5. If it does ever reach here...

Where you get that 260 estimate from?
A 3.0 260 now; that would mean a big price drop on the older models.
I believe its going to be higher for an auto/4x4/3.2.

nah - 260K probably for the 2.5 undressed XLT.
If you want the thunder - 3.2 - price will start at 302K

that price too hott for a van
realistically its not no luxury vehicle, trinis demand for these "status" vehicles drive the price up
ill keep my nav, my nex purchase will be an audi or somehting if i hada put out that kinda money

there will be a special on the onset - they did this to all the new rangers when they come out. Expect rangers selling left and right to get this version

JohnnieBlue, I would usually agree that 300k is too much for a Van... but not in this case.
Granted all the taxes/fees/whatever that are already high in TT, there are men paying 300 - 310 for a VIGO. THAT IS SOMETHING I WONT DO...
BUTT... for all the improvements come with this van, I will pay the 300 - 310 price.
From my personnal preferance, it has all what I think the model we have now was lacking.
Back Leg Room/Coils up front/4 wheel Disc brakes/Better Interior.
And on top of that... Power to spare/Good ground clearance.
So I just might be looking to make the change...
