Mazda BT-50 Weather shield

I am trying to get the weather shields for the Mazda BT-50 2010 model. However it was suggested that I look into the Ford Ranger weather shields as these can fit on the Mazda.

Can anyone confirm this?

nevertheless both vehicles have the same doors, so accessories such as the weather shield should work
