Toyota Hilux Braking Issues

Having a problem with my 2009 2.5L Hilux. When applying brakes and turning ,i'm hearing a grinding sound & feeling it on the pedal...Any advice...

If your discs are good check your rotors, if you ran them hot (hard braking)and then hit some water they might have warped.
