Greatly appreciates the overwhelming support and fan base DWO has, and it continues to grow. Offset by early difficulties, the event came off as a success, especially for the spectators.
Moreover, many thanks and praises go out to Ian(black Q's S14) for allowing his car to be the drift b!tch of the day.

Ambulance was present, working fire extinguishers were on hand. Runs were clean and ordered even when there were two or three cars doing tandem. Once the drift stopped for any reason, cars went back to the pit. Food and drinks on sale. Danger areas were caution taped off and crowd was kept in check. Despite the setbacks with the police organizers from DWO team stayed cool and ran their event as planned. All situations were under control and there were even a few practice lessons for the beginners as part of the show. Flags were used to control the flow of cars on to the course, including spectator, competitor and organizer cars crossing the course.

I'd say this event was a success and was well organized. I feel confident that DWO can repeat an event of this present size. If more crowds come then more controls will need to be put it place etc. If more competitors come then more controls/facilities will be needed in terms of safety checks, helmets, wrecker, tire changer on site etc.

But for now... Two thumbs up!
