ye that white one above,he could be in Tokyo drift. Other did uncontrolled donuts, but it take a lot of talent and practise to master drift, what we need is a track, where practise can be done, not just drift, dragrace etc. Motorsport is exellent, keep boys and girls from liming at nite, busy with cars so no time or money for liming.

didnt get a 100 dollars worth. wasnt well organised too many galavanters rather than tandem runs. aaron and madcow supposed to be shot for the sheit they try to do. ah rate kerri, dirk and devon for their skills, marzden was goodish, he was a tad bit timid. could have done better with the allotted time since advertisement and event.

Thanx to all who came to the Drift Expo & bike and stunt show. We appreciate every microscopic thought of support by everyone.

This event was tough. We had mega-loads of problems.
Without going into too much detail, the only cars that were ready come showtime was Kerry's chaser and Marzden's s15. We had casualties from the practice day on Saturday and that strained our manpower and resources greatly on Sunday.
Even though DWO's forte are spectacular and close drift maneuvers, our regular supporters could tell that something was amiss.
However, at OUR (DWO) next event...properly organized and prepared, we will bring an epic show to make even the hater's lose their step.

and the price of entry oh god man, solodex is 10.00 alyuh could make a lil 40.00 or some. remember the sole purpose of the event is competition and entertainment, not to make a pound and a crown on a man head and give them sheit to eat.

btw jodi is boss

^^^well Tsuchiya placed emphasis on the fact that the event was not a DWO event soo i assume the price was beyond DWO's control :?

tandem runs were abit iffy becuz of the track surface being highly inconsistent. it was grippy at 1 point and slick as wet sh!t in other areas...while seemingly having exactly the same abrasive texture throughout. And then there was also gravel, which wasn't there at 1st glance.
Being a great drifter/racer is adapting to these conditions...a few of us weren't confident enough to take that chance because we go into these shows with very little and usually NO practice watsoever.
once we find somewhere to practice reglarly...drift exhibitions will decimate all shows.

yup, at the end of the day drift will be better off if held by DWO.
event was lacking everything from larry gomes car park.

however, me just being able to be at a drift event, let alone see the event up close and personal was just epic.
and again tyres off to DWO for performing at this event.

lets do it soon in 2011.

supra is N/A and the wet allowed it to have 600 hp   ...in the dry however the clutch started getting hot and the handbrakes had to take up the slack to get that heffer to drift.

Brown 910 bluebird was driven by King...got some of the craziest angles for the night including a 360 upon corner entry into a drift

yup, king7 was the only (other than kerry) to have the car side ways right after the start.
in other words, the straight run where everyone else was keeping it straight until moments before the first corner, king7 was already side ways.

mad props to the 910 guys, king7 and swiftman r.
these guys improving real fast.

and devon, that supra is just awesome, was a bit confused to know that it was NA but it works well. i think your car was the only NA that was drifting no?
this was your first event with the supra right, anyway great performance nevertheless.

there were MANY good drifters out there, event was good, worth the money i spent

Nissan Silvia s15-white with Nintendo Decals
Nissan Silvia s15-blue
Nissan Slivia s15-mint green ish
Nissan Laurel(c34)-black
Nissan Skyline R32-yellow
Nissan RPS13 thingy-red
Nissan Silvia s14(zenki)-black
Nissan Silvia s14(kouki)-black
Nissan Bluebird-Black
Nissan Bluebird-Blue
Toyota Chaser-white
Toyota Supra-silver
Toyota Altezza-white

probably forgot a few

then there was a small training session with some vehicles

can't remember how many though, but i think it was whoever was inside and wanted to give it a try

saw a 3series BMW sideways! (and sum cnut in a VWBora,)

organization was HORRIBLE redman with the big lip needs to find another job,

but once the drifting started it was worth the money

oho, the MC, needed to atleast get a walkie talkie so somebody cudda tell him wa kinda car was on the course, cuz at one point(according to him) there was a Mazda S15 on the track

nope, not any more   ...he's gone to the dark side a couple months back and he blew the turbo flange gasket the saturday so boost leak was an issue.

On a different note, some of the drift cars are extremely hard to drive as they are incomplete, but continuing projects. They might look like fun, but alot of the drivers come out sweating profusely from hard work and concentration. So mad props go out to Swift and King especially.
