and there is another surprise that will be revealed in a timing as well..

Trail is expected to be of Grade 2 conditions (Grade 3 in it's worst), where stock 4x4s can make it through. More details will be posted shortly, i'm late for work! lol

Yes folks, this run will be a collaborative effort by the two clubs, for us to come together and share in the common sport we both love.

TTORC has given us the opportunity to join with them on a run to Mt Harris, where they will teach us a new trail and hopefully we can learn from their vast experience along the way.

The meeting location will be at the Piarco Airport gas staton, the 1st road on the right as you exit the Churchill Roosevelt Highway.

Meeting Time - 0800hrs
Departure Time - 0830hrs

its gonna be real nice, having a more experienced club join up with us can only be positive for our young and vibrant Side-B.......

in discussions with the guys from TTORC they have assured us that the trail is safe for stock height 4X4 ONLY vehicles and will have some tricky spots, but they will assist us and maybe teach us a few new techniques....sorry 4X2 guys, u will hadda ride along.....

the ending of the run is not finalised yet, but in true Side B style we HOPE to reach somewhere with water.......

Thats the basic kit one should always carry on a side b run.

From what we were briefed on, this will be a grade 2-3 trail, so prepare yourself to do some proper off road driving, not just mudding. I highly suggest you read the "off roqd driving techniques" thread on the offroading forum for some tips.


So, meeting time is 8am sharp at the piarco gas station.
