OK guys - so we're 100% go.. I got a report that the Maracas road is cleared of debris and should be passable for us on Sunday.

Dont forget the following:

- recovery gear: straps, shackles, shovel, chains, heavy mat for straps
- Trail gear: Boots, sunscreen, adequate water for drinking and washing off
- Medical gear: sunscreen, all necessary meds, insect repellent/Off
- Food gear: food and drinks in yuh cooler, plus some change for Bake & Shark!
- Beach gear: we goin and bade!! (after de mudding).

Just a reminder:
Meeting Point: Grand Bazaar, in front ruby tuesday by the Gazebo
Meeting time: 9:30am sharp
Departure time: 10:00am sharp.

One stop - that's to pick up some bake and shark for those who want for lunch, before we all head down to las cuevas trail & beach.

north coast passable? any landslides? hammer / droppa send me a pm wid your phone numbers..... might be up blanchi early in the morning so i cud link with u all when u get to cuevas

best ting for de sandfly is BABY OIL. make sure to rub some on yuh feet BEFORE stepping out on the sand. if u put it on before u get stung it will save ur feet from dem lil buggers!!

ok guys, hope everyone gets some rest tonight, we are goin to have some fun tomoro...

remember we meeting in GB for around 9-930, by the gazebo...

try to get your fuel, eats and drinks before hand, we WILL be making only ONE stop before cuevas and dat will be for bake and shark @ uncle sams.....

however if u want to prep your own food its all well and good..

Brief update:

Everyone made it out safely... there were a few very tense moments.

We would have been out earlier but we had to rescue a stuck "visitor" hilux who was going in alone while we were coming out.

Dat tun tun in de lux hadda consider himself lucky we didn't leave him dere.... His impatience is what caused him to get stuck in the first place.... We lotst at least one entire hour trying to free him...... Was a good job by all the guys!!

well done today, today was some nice clean fun, no major issues, jus some guys went dipping and one actually tried to SURF in the river, and swallowed a bit, but its a Toyota, he'll be fine, chote sorry u had to turn back man, maybe was for the better....
