Found out some valuable information, the e-manage ultimate needs to be used with the following items to ensure proper tuning:
GReddy A/F Option Harness (Part #15900912) Needed to plug your wideband directly into the Blue or Ultimate unit.
and
GReddy 3 Bar MAP Sensor (Part #16400060) Need for proper A/F readings; sometimes there are issues with the MAF Sensor voltage readings. You could also use the GM MAP Sensor.
