Interesting device. However it only measures distortion at a single frequency. No replacement for an o-scope, but it's a hell of a lot cheaper.

its basically used to set amplifier gains....niece piece of equipment but gains can be set with a good multimeter as well

nice piece of equipment.
bt how often do you really need to set gains? for personal use i think it is a little expensive and you will hardly use it (for a system you only need to set gains once, if done properly.)

for a installer i think it would be a easy way to set gains.bt a good multimeter can be used as well.
