open loop and closed loop

Postby nuffkuff » August 3rd, 2012, 3:20 pm

Can anyone explain what causes this engine, 323 bj s-vt zl to bog down in heavy traffic, changed all sensors ,Maf,crank, cam and o2, when i start to accelerate it gradually picks up speed then starts to work normally.

ah feel he getting hesitation, use bkr5e-11 sparkplugs,

If you have a bad idle, and when you drive it bogs down at all rpms.
Then it could be coil packs, Replace coil packs

If you have a bad idle, and does not bog down at other rpms
Then it could be dirty maf, clean and test

If you have a bad idle, and does bog down (hesitate) between 1k -2k
Then it could be incorrect spark plugs, replace spark plugs

If you have a bad idle, and does bog down (hesitate) when you turn the steering at idle
Then it could be iac valve needs cleaning/ changing

That heat range is incorrect for that engine either way.

You need bkr5e-11 or equivalent.
