HERE IS A QUALITY EXPLANATION:

1.our ballast have the exclusive patent in the country, there are no second factory who have this patent.

2.If you buy our ballast ,you can open it and you will find the main control chip and technology is the same with the Phlips Technology ,which is the newest technology now.

3.Our printed circuit board (PCB) ,total 6 layers, and all are gold plated, the copper thickness of each layer is one ounce .In the world only we and Philips ballast have this kind of gold plating PCB.

4. And the main components for example mos tube is IR brand, and most of the components are imported.

5.The capacitor of the ballast can ensure working last for 3000 hours, equal to 3 years lifetime.

things to worry about with cheap Chinese kits.

1. one off clips ( meaning if you blow a bulb you have to buy the bulb from them because it wont connect to a next ballast)
2. No warranty
3. poor constructed
4. cheap bulbs with no reflector

Well with that said i am safe to say that my kits have none of these problems, if a bulb breaks and you happen to have a spare from an say phillips kit you could use it normal.

REASON BEING AT 10000K AND OVER YOU HAVE A SHADE OF COLOUR
WHICH IS ILLEGAL
ONCE YOU GO WHITE 8000K AND UNDER YOU WILL BE OK
