Try UPS skybox. There are no annual fees; no shipping and handling and one flat rate per pound of cargo. You can even track your shipment online

Aeropost just made UPS their agent in T&T, moving from Ecouriers (PO Box Int'l), so you might be best off with upxpress. However, their fees may change.

I got Ezone and love the speed of their service. I place my order and within two working days of receiveing package in Miami, I have it in my hands (at home). Plus they no longer have the PO BOx in the address for packages. Shipping "seems" reasonable.

e.g., bought a digicam, it arrived Miami 11th, i got it today (storm delay). PAid 75TT shipping, for a box about 6"x18"x18", weight 3.5lbs.

Yeah I with E-Couriers too...since they were PO Box Int'l. They not bad. Sometimes the service sucks but most times it's cool.....really excellent costs on weight or package size.

This UPXpress looking interesting though...anybody have an idea of the average cost per lb

E-zone probably has the best shipping rates. I use them - never had a problem. Very friendly!

Canon Powershot A95 bought for US$275. Got free shipping to Miami. Landed and delivered to my doorstep cost me a total of TT$2500. My rule of thumb for importing anything is 10 times the US price is the "in your hand" price if you ship it down. Ezone charges US$3 per lb up to 10lbs. Over 10 lbs its US$2.25.

Of course if you can bring it in a suitcase...well the cost is much less.

But i think you misinformed because Ezone:

minimum charge is $12USD.
From 4lbs to 50lbs is $3.25USD, and
51lbs and over is $3.10USD
Trust me, I was with ezone cancel them causes their rates too high. And i feel they have some hiddden charges

btw, per lbs charges i typed is on the website today.
