Just use Konboot. Uses a vulnerability in windows to unlock the user accounts, google it. That won't work because your not able to boot from any other media other than the internal HDD. There are two ways to measure AC voltage. Peak, and RMS, meaning Root Mean Square. THE normal method most commonly used is the RMS method that normal gives the 120 volt figure. However, the actual AC sine wave goes to peak values of 1.44 times the RMS value. What you need to do is Google these terms...
