When you submit the documents, they still have to review. If they have issue they will email you and send back the password . But everyone i know, it took 2-3 weeks to get back.

This sounds like a demotion. He was demoted and his current post filed. There is no case, the employer can do that with some level . It can be that he wasnt performing etc. Always more truth to a story.

I fortunate to walk to work. I does do that to save gas n mostly to get some exercise in. Wife does drop me in the morning, walk home in the evening.
