Wrt the power lock issue , I must check that , I find sometimes when I lock/ unlock remotely the power lock does not respond , I does have to do it again or listen for the locks operating or physically check the doors myself. Nearly 10 years late to this party, but what turned out to be the problem...

People flocking to kfc because its the last we will have for a while.

Is the people at fault, not the establishment.

Bought KFC 2 weeks ago in gulf view, the place was clean and the workers were practicing proper protocol even then, cant say for now.
