I use an antenna for OTA TV. I doubt broadcasters will be rushing to implement ASTC 3.0 as very few people would be able access it now.
2026 seems a bit ambitious, most people would need to purchase ATSC 3.0 tuners and gov't may have to subsidize these devices.
