I have got mine since 2012 and no major issues. I got and loud bang once about a year and a half ago. I went back to McEnearney and they updated the Transmission software. Works like a charm since.

Only one issue, I had a leaking oil unit. Got it changed under warranty, no fuss. No problems since. Works great.

I've had mine since April 2013. Only one issue thus far- a leaking oil unit. Changed with no fuss or issues. Works great. Beautiful truck. Comfortable thus far. Stable on the road, great turning ability.

I got a 2012 Ranger and asked the same questions to the Sales Rep and was told its not needed. SO I did some looking around and came upon this website:

The drain hole is on the underneath facing right I think.
the fill hole is on the rear side of the diff. you have to use a funnel and a hose to fill it.
If you lie down and look past the spare tire, you will see it. Can't remember size of the nut.
it is pretty tiring, but hey, it has to be done.

fellas,
I have a pardner who get a ford taurus from he tanty. It need some suspension and steering parts.
Is ah PBE taurus (1997) I think.
Any idea where to get parts for them instead of going to McTief we , ah meanMcEarney

Anybody know where I can get 4 shocks for the 4wd libero?
Already checked several autoparts shop and the bamboo too.

Pal, I share your pains. I have an AWD libero 4g15 carb also. Mine gave me 5 years before I had to do anything to it. Maybe you can try servicing the carb. You have to look for the carb kit though. People, I have a yr 2000 Libero. It is a 1.5l carb 4wd. I have it 3 years now and want to change the engine. I am thinking about a 1.6 or a 1.8 but do not want to lose the 4wd. I called around but no luck. Can somebody recommend an engine for me and a possible location to check. Thanks 8-)
