POWER LOCK PROBLEM ON ALMERA

HEY 2 NERS, the power lock on my almera is not working.. someone told me it is the box under the left side of the dashboard.. however my car is a local and that box is very hard to get.. anyone knows if that box could be by passed? or any other suggestions?? plzz helpppp

i did... and they told me to write a complaint to the commissioner of coperative which i did... they telling me their process takes a while.... and is like i need cash asap
