Depends on the protein source and the point of digestion as I mentioned, when they mention liquid form they may be referring to Whey protein as it's water soluble and has a faster absorption rate than other forms of protein.

my protein is spread though the day, the shake is about 35-40g whey protein before bed. no im not lactose intolerant and i cant remember any other protein, i didnt use anything other than beast for like 2 years so i cant say. i guess it could be all proteins and its just a function of digestion.......

The vehicle cut-off with my girl while in traffic last week Friday... I came 20mins later start the car and drove it all weekend without any issue... Anyhow I just got the scan done but the ppl couldn't find their code book :roll: so they gonna call me back with the problem... I think the code was 0...

If I were to put all the causes mentioned in this thread into a list of most probable causes... it'd be as follows

1. Wheel balancing
2. Warped rotors
3. Bad ball joints
4. other suspension parts
5. steering rack ends
6. other things mentioned like mounts etc.
