Any reason to not use copper? Im very iffy, its soft. Next thing the hose clip damage it and fluid start leaking.

If I can get aluminium self that can work. I have a 5/8" pipe bender.

It has a length of hose on each side to flex.

I am trying to route the low pressure hose from the pump to the reservoir and the hose keeps kinking. Looked around for a 90 degree fitting and couldn't get one to cut and join the line. Depends on your enclosure, fs, cone area, driver displacement etc etc.. some subs have fs around 12-16 .. depends on how you like your bass too.. if you like that subsonic bass then go for 8-180 also you can also function within 20-80 hz so you have more options with the 8-180. What subs are those?

As said before, sub duty is about 20hz to about 80hz.
