You can do a letter giving someone the permission to do it on your behalf.. I did it once with a company vehicle for private you might have to give license office a call

What are the major benefits of installing a lift kit in my Hilux in terms of handling and drivability? All you really need is the pedal, but most guys buy them in front cuts that way you sure get everything.

Yeh, as long as you have everything it can be done..Alot of people just use cable type TB and a stand alone..

Is there a cable to the trottle body or a set of wires controlled by the potentiometer on the gas pedal?
btw if you dont get the TB how bout i trade you a ready to run 1jz vvti for it?...

a little change of topic.. but: are there any cons or mods necessary to use 275/70/17 mud tyres on a stock 2013 Hilux? its the 3.0 manual 4x4, and i am using stock rims. Ordered a set of 13" brakes,that I won't be using. Direct bolt up to the hilux, fortuner, prado. New rotors and calipers if anyone is interested.

2TR-FE (2.7L gas engine) listed as 91 RON or higher in the manual. That means it running on super normal. ....
