Thanks B....Just spoke to guy who changes transmission oil and he told me that he will have to change the oil via the 'cooler line'... Not sure what the jail that is but, is that making any sense??? Btw, my transmission has no dip-stick...

Is it okay to use Castrol 75W-90 (Limited Slip) differential oil although my diff clearly prints 80W-90 LS ONLY???

Then you should go with genuine shock absorbers. The kind of stress I went through with my van, I am only going to use genuine parts, besides, it pays back in the long run and your ride will thank you... I am guessing you have never changed ATF.... Maybe in this regard, you may want to use genuine because of sensitivity of tire wear and suspension issues on the navaras. Are you changing all 4 and what is your mileage??

Go with the Michelin Latitude Tour HP.... It is the best, i had Toyo, Dunlop and Kumho installed and you will definitely feel the difference in terms of ride, comfort and tire wear.... It may cost you extra now to get the Michelin but they pay back for themselves..... By the way, your suspension wil...

Anyone has any experience with the Steinbauer Power Enhancer. I heard that you get about 25-30 more hp at the wheel and it is safe for your fuel system and rails... It can also be switched on/off, on the fly.....

TriniVdub, if you have one of those plastic wind shields on your bonnet, get rid of it.... The bonnet will not close properly once that is installed thereby not latching properly to the bonnet lock.... we have an automatic 3.0 TCH hilux and the ride is smoother but stiffer..... the navara's ride is more docile which i prefer..... what i can also tell you is that the automatic navs is ah monster and does real wok especially when i had stock tires.... i have changed tires now so i have more grip but...

andrew, i've had that same steering vibration/noise since 20,000kms, i thought tyres were the culprit but after changing 5 sets, i think that its a problem with ah few of the navs..... i did report it to n&m and as usual, they checked and found no issues.....
