Actually you lucky...That license office run does usually result in a whole day "full inspection" of yuh car, just tuh aggrevate you.

So for the people who experience no real problems with their trannys, do you use it just as a protector against heat/wear etc? Or as said earlier once you use top quality oil in the first place there really isn't a need for the treatment?

I know your tranny in the B14 did maintenance on a regular basis, are your views based on before it's use and after it's use?

Any one here use Transmission treatments? any positive/negative/neutral opinions on them? I popped a bottle of QMI Auto trans treatment the other day...nothing different to talk about....but it's supposed to protect the internals againts heat and wear etc... Had a problem similar to this on my Primera....Tach would run all the way to redline with the engine at idle speed, bump around eratic etc.
The only the soloution was to replace the instrument panel.

I may be wrong, but I don't think it's necessary to change the entire suspension if it's just the bigger diameter brakes you need.

I'm using B14 rear shocks right now on my Primera. Smae bolt up, rebound feels the same and no height difference.

Actually meant the inner cups from the axles, those going into the tranny.
Had a problem like this before, it turns out the drivers side inner cup was worn (lack of grease) and this caused it.
