Re: 2010 Mazda 3 factory alarm keeps going off

Hey, now singed onto Tuner after a while...noticed this post. I'm not sure if you got it fixed already... Yes, this is a common fault with that model on one of the rear door locks. I'm assuming your technician disabled the push button for that specific door so the light won't come on/off, however I ...

Re: NZE121 Oxygen Sensor

I changed mines with a generic NGK (like the spark plug, or rather it was NKG can't remember) bought at a local parts store for a few dollars. Worked fine for years no issues. Just had to cut the wires to reconnect the new one as I did this myself and it was much. much easier to do this for me than ...

Re: Sea Foam additive for Gas/diesel engines.

I've used the SeaFoam 3 step treatment (1/3 in engine 1/3 in gas tank 1/3 in intake) and also the Hydra Trans Tune. My personal experience was that it works great or at least seems to work great for the first couple of days...then its back to business as usual. Could also be a placebo effect or coin...

WTK: Car Key FOB Frequency

Sup Tuners, Was looking at bringing down a key fob for my Madza (cause its maaad)... However the supplier is asking me to confirm frequency that we use in T&T...for example Europe uses 433MHz, US uses 315MHz, etc... Does anyone know what that might be in sweet T&T? Any advice/feedback would ...

Re: Question: Instrument Cluster Swap (+ Tach)

For anyone else wanting to know, the Axio, Fielder, and Corolla clusters are all compatible with each other, once the vehicle has the same features (especially ABS). However, our local T&T Corollas come with Instrument Clusters that work with or without ABS.

Re: Question: Instrument Cluster Swap (+ Tach)

I did the swap too but with a foreign used one and now I have the same problem you have, with the ABS light coming on and this disables the speedo (my car does not have ABS also). So in some instrument panels, once the ABS warning light comes on, the speedo won't work, and the brake/warning light wi...

WTK: Electrician to reprogram Instrument Cluster

Sup Tuners, I ordered this instrument cluster from Australia a few weeks ago for my 08' Corolla XLi. I ordered this one cause the mileage almost exactly matched my current one (just over a bit), but the main reason was because the stock XLi cluster is so ugly and boring, plus I wanted one with a tac...

NZE Sports Grill DIY (small light model)

Sup Tuners, A while back I made a custom sports grill for my silver NZE 121, which was recently sold. Since then I have gotten numerous calls/requests/questions about the grill, and where I got it. I had been looking (like some of you) for years for a sports grill for the small light model of the NZ...

Re: The Official Toyota Marketplace Thread-F.S.

Sup Tuners, I ordered this instrument cluster from Australia a few weeks ago for my 08' Corolla XLi. Unfortunately, it was designed to be fully functional only on Toyota vehicles with an ABS system...such as the GLi, LX, etc. So, I'm selling it, or willing to trade for another one (all other model c...

How are you supposed to find anything in this thread? By chance? Suggestion to administrator: Categorize parts for sale (engines, transmissions, headlights, tail lights, etc..) Anyway, I have an original set of '04 NZE OEM fog lamps. The back of the right side one is cracked, but is fully working. $...

Noted, and thanks. I was also wondering if anyone has any experience doing this swap and if the connectors will be the same for the axio/corolla cluster (without tach) to the axio/corolla cluster (with tach)...?

This could also be caused by a dirty mass air flow sensor...Remove from the intake manifold, (real easy just two screws), and spray with a mass air flow sensor cleaner...nothing else.

WTK: Hissing sound from gearbox

Guys, I've recently started hearing this sound coming from I the gearbox when I shift to 5th gear while the car is moving. It happens once the car is moving...clutch pressed or not. If the car stops or the gear is changed, the hissing sound stops. It almost sounds like air escaping... Now it started...
