Re: BT50 how to change clutch and cross

I know this is an old post, but I just saw it and had to have a little input. With regards to the cross: Anyone with a bench vice can change the crosses. All you additionally need are two sockets and a vice grip pliers. I was going to do a write up on it, but I managed to find a youtube video on how...

Re: 2008 Bt-50 information needed

That is happening to my 4x4 B2500. The problem is the clip on the temperature sensor (in my case). It should be the same issue for you. Let me try and describe where that sensor is. The hose coming out of the radiator (the top one/outlet). If you look directly where that hose enters the engine block...

Re: wtk mazda bt50 steering play?

There is a small screw/bolt on top of the steering box. Slacken the bolt and give the screw a 90deg turn clockwise, then tighten back the bolt. That should reduce the play. (Do note. Make sure the steering is in the centered position when doing the adjustments.)

Old thread. But had to revive it. Just bought the Bars Headlight restorer today and tried it out on my van. Just did a quick thing (didn't spend plenty time) and this was the result. As far as simple goes, this was one of the best I've used, and I would recommend it. Anything better would require sa...

Re: Looking for sum good all terrains or mud tyres

If you looking for mud terrains at a very affordable price, there is the Hifly Mud Terrains that goes for about $850 per tire. If you really interested in these, I can find out from a friend where he got his. I believe he got them somewhere up north side. As far as I see, they work well offroad and ...

Gold. I hit mud trails with my van almost every month and all the scratches are barely visible. Plus sand and mud don't show that much either. In terms of the paint fading. Well, I think mine faded a bit over the years, but I can't tell. Mine is a light gold. The van at my work is dark gold and that...

Btw. I have a 3core radiator installed (which I intend to upgrade to a 4 core very soon). Anyone fit a 4 core in a B2500? I changed my water pump as well and ran a few cleaners through the cooling system to ensure that there wasn't any faults in my cooling system. I didn't rod out the radiator to en...

Re: gas alternative engine for a bt50, what bolt on engines

Regarding the topic of finding a new engine to replace the WLT's, I'm still hunting around. Rumor has it that that 3.0L Ranger engines are more reliable (meaning the head is stronger and more resistant to cracking). I don't know how true that is, but I am looking into it, once time permits. I was al...
