Yes, you are on point Anil. It is such a simple solution, it is amazing that those who design CNG kits do not incorporate them into the kits. Yes, a fast switching device would be most desirable, but a slightly slower one should be workable as well. I assume you are talking about the power lock actu...

yeah, the 10 % loss is no big thing, because as soon as you need more power, you can just press the switch to get full power on the gasoline. The air intake restriction can also be overcome, as it should not be so hard to make a device that can open the airflow fully, or restrict it similar to how t...

No, something far less simple.

I want to be able to restrict airflow in my intake by 75%, but also have full airflow, and be able to chose between these two options with the press of a button. I have conceptualized how this could be done. A switch, circuit and a 90 degree turning step 12V motor.

Help needed Any techies, hobbyiest or physics people?

Any physics people or hobbyists out there? I want to make a simple device. I would need a 12 volt motor to turn 90 degrees at a time, with the press of a switch. It can work with constant 90 degree turns everytime the button is press, or with back and forth turns at each press. http://www.amazon.com...

Trinituner People: My CNG Experience

this thread is for CNG users to share their experiences and for non CNG users to get a sense of the pros and cons of the system. As a recent CNG user, i must say that i am very impressed with the CNG kit in my car. With a 2000 cc engine, it is $14 dollars to fill the cng tank, which gives me enough ...

Automatic to Manual Mazda conversion

I thinking of converting an automatic Mazda 626 Cronos to manual?

Anyone ever did a similar conversion.I am thinking that the mx6 gearbox should work.

Any thoughts on this in general or specifically where i can locate a gearbox?

Are there any places that accept used oil as in the States?

I suspect many Tuners dispose of their oil badly.

They need a kick in their ass,......... or just an example of how do it better.

Good question. Many mechanics and other people simply throw it down the drain, which is not good atall.

I will wait and see what responses are given.
