Are they goin to check from the manufacture date or the series (PBS) ?

Hey guys, I need some help...... I bought a Primera last week, the series is PBS but manufacture date is August 1999. On the certified copy, Roll On / Roll Off is not written but the car is a R-ON / R-OFF. What would the transfer fees be like? Thanx in advance for any assistance............
