Isn't caroni worker lands are leasehold. ? Correct. According to deed for a lot I was checking, the state leased the land to Caroni for 200years from 2011. Then how can that be sold? Caroni basically sub-leased the land to the ex-workers. They are now selling this lease. I don't fully understand it...

I not seeing anything under $300k and most in the $400k range. Some of the areas not bad though and I could see the value shooting up once it start to develop more.

Looking for advice from persons who have done this. Can I use the downpipe from an Evo 7/8/9 on an Evo 6?
I know the flanges are different and I will need to change the O2 housing as well for it to match. But in terms of the bends and length, can it be done with a little modification if necessary?

The evo 8 is supposed to be 55 liters and the 7 supposed to be 48 liters according to lancerregister.com

I thought a dump valve and a blow off valve was just 2 different names for the same thing? There are Vent to Atmosphere Blow off Valves and Recirculating Blow off Valves. Some even split it 50/50. The stock Blow off Valve is a recirculating. I'm assuming you have the stock evo 7 BOV? This is plastic...

I think the reflash varies from car to car. My car only ran about 5 counts of knock at most stock, whereas a partner evo ran up to 15. Only way to know is to log it and see.
