Another day to test the skills and wipers of SHH drivers. Massive deluge in the Point Lisas, Claxton bay areas. Some images and videos show the grassy median filled to capacity.

Re: The official tropical weather thread 2019

Drove through what was some blinding rain in San Fernando and Pointe a Pierre today. Wipers on full speed and it was barely visible, 50-60 kmph max on the highway. As per usual uneducated drivers were driving with their hazard lights on. In harsh weather conditions please turn on your headlights and...

Re: B14 AC Problems

Definitely a leak in the system. Find a good vehicle ac man , make sure he adds a dye to your system if its not already there, so the leaks could be detected. Had that same issue with another vehicle and it was a leaking evaporator. If you're adventurous look at where the AC lines go through the fir...

Re: San Fernando to Point Fortin Highway

Traffic and road engineers come in, Not all roads are constructed with shoulder the Sangre Grande stretch is one such example. More to the point is that this roads is purposed to be dual carriage way. Many roads internationally are now constructed with no hard shoulder ie no stopping . If I remember...

Gas Station Manners or To hell with everyone else

Today at a popular Gas Station in the west I was lined up behind two cars in the lane where I chose to put gas. After waiting maybe 10-15 mins a Rav 4 came into the said lane and parked in the middle of the cars that were putting fuel. When a car moved from the pump he decided to by pass me and park...

Having been around and owning several domestic and commercial pressure washer. The culprit is most probably a poor gun design or worn seals in the gun. Re: LF:Cesspit Treatment

There are at least two schools of thought on this matter of encouraging bacteria growth in a cesspit not to be confused with a septic tank. Our cesspits use two tanks, one for solids and the other as a leaching mechanism to percolate the sewerage water. Note, be careful what you read on the internet...

I have been trying to control these for more than a year. Calls to the MOH have yielded nothing. Two methods have been effective. 1. Spread the salt. Salt as in raw salt kills them instantly. As the flesh comes into contact with salt it's over. 2. Black Disinfectant. A diluted solution and a spray b...

Payment in the main atrium of the airport by cash or debit card, simple.

If it's a square or angular cut out a small grinder should do the main part with a drill or even the same grinder to even out any rough edges. A circular hole may need a powerful drill with those cone bits, several holes to even out to a circle. As for the water runoff V flashing with some sealant w...
