It would be nice to get someone to do everything officewise, but being realistic that would probably be near impossible.
Which might make more sense? hiring an office manager and every 6mts or so get a firm to do my books, or hiring an sec/acc?

Don't waste much time zd30 are weak engines, if you dont have no coolant leak(s) and the engine overheated to that extent then pull the cylinder head an pressure test it, if good shave and reinstall.
Offcourse find a good mech because you still have to find to orinaginal cause of the overheating.

Most of the time is backpressure, normal diesel thing.
Then u could check an see if d engine have 2much oil or if d tippit cover breather thing wokin good

ar lookin 2 try sumtin wit meh cb3 taking out d 4g93 single cam 2 put in a g4cp hyundai engine same as d 4g63, also going 2 boost it (low boost) seeing is n/a engine.

the car should b idling around 800 rpm also try doing a correct voltage adjustment on the t.p.s. the t.p.s. also helps control idle

d spring tension will also matter alot along wit d type of shocks !

what voltage did u set the tps at? an how did u set it cold or hot?
