when you say passive crossover you mean a capacitor on the power line before the tweeter.
if so i have that covered as the tweeter came with a 3.3uF100v cap soldered onto it.

if not can you elaborate please.

there is no a/c filter in the ck lancers.
the only ting under your dashboard is the evaporator and the blower.

a/c filters were introduced to the lancer from the cedia model i think or probably later on.
