I have used powersafe batteries and have no problems thus far. I also believe the batteries are similar if not the same (minor differences imo) and as monster power said if installed properly i dont see why they cant last long enough. They are designed for deep cycle use and fast immediate current d...
the fielder will last longer before repairs are needed. However you can not compare this wagon to a y11..The fielder costs more a used fielder goes for over 65k some over 70k..you can get y11 now for 50k and thing.Even new and foreign used the prices are vastly different. You wanna compare a nissan to...
lol obviously Op you dont know me well anyone here who knows me knows i dont use small boxes.I probably have the largest 10" box in the country(including largest port area) lol..the 15" played preety well actually but it didnt tickle my fancy.I've used better but as you say its good for pr...
have used both the 10" and 15" model in these subs and sound quality and bass reproduction is not bad at all.I will play very smoothly in the right box so i guess your box wasnt best suited if you found it played rough.. The only problem i have with them is that the coil can not handle too...
^^my advice to you is to look in the classifieds you most likely gonna find a great good quality used amp in your budget that can work. Also since your using 2 different types of speakers i will recommend a 4channel.This will enable you to tune/eq/cross each seperate pair indipendantly to ensure maxi...
^^^exactly....when the bonnet is propped open even though the car is not in motion when the fans are blowing hot air will exit the engine bay faster.(cooler alt equates better charging)..Also what 5forward is saying is true. Many guys use a piece of wood or something to increase the rev of the engine...
audiopipe works we have one of the newer ones with the diamond looking thing it does 145+ on a normal day.Did 144.4 yest in the show because we didnt have line drive the pre amp was damaged so we used deck to amp straight and had to rewire in the show so we didnt get to change cross points or eq on ...
In a properly built enclosure/s a pair of 12's would require more mid range than just a pair of 8's.I would add to that a pair of good 6's on the doors for a little 3way mids system.you can use the 18sound neo 6's or ciare neo 6's for midrange they are really loud.
yes and as 3stage stated you will put less strain on the alts. You can use both but i would advise you to use them to charge one batterybank and power all your amps from one bank.
get the dash kit man wit replaces everything even the a/c controls so you retain that stock look while being able to house your double din unit the install is very simple.Dask kits just slap on no glue or cutting to fit it is designed for your vehicle so just get the correct one.If no one has it loc...
All that complications may noy be necessary. Its more simple to replace your stock alt with a HO alt and charge a single battery bank at the back.Btw whats your expected current draw from your amps?
actually i read that and i forgot clean sorry bout that.Well i find it difficult to think you will need more than a pair of 8's at the back and the 6's in the doors to compliment that bassline.Again proper power is the key alongside a proper install.
also i firmly believe that using 2 pre amps is a waste of time and money.Invest in a good quality one that can do the job and i would also recommend a good crossover (may not be necessary if your amps on board cross are good).
^^reason being most doors can fit 6" speakers with little or no modifications so its simple and effective. If you prefer the idea of fiberglass pods on doors for 8's by all means you can do so.I prefer neat and bearly visible but alot of ppl in trini like 8's and even 10's on doors.Just preferen...
lol money isn't an issue at the moment and alternator would be modified so current issue isn't a problem and i already have 8 truck batteries...i just want a sub or pair to shake the 6 12"...bu would the Fi BTL work because i was really thinking bout using one.. So your input about the baselin...
