I saw in the papers a TBG Toyota Hilux 1999 2.8 diesel 4x4 4-dr pick-up local for sale, $85,000.00.

Simple fix man, use some mothers car polish on theh light with a damp sponge. Polish like you would the car, depending on the condition, you may need to rub in more than you expect. But it works.
