Re: The Mazda 3 thread

Not really looking to sell because I am just looking to get back a set of RX8 wheels but I am willing to entertain good offers, probably like the market value of RX8 wheels as a reference.

Re: Show us your BJ!

Good evening tuners, I hope this is the correct forum for this. I have a Y11 AD Wagon that I may sell to purchase a 323BJ from right on Tunerland, reason being, I'm looking for something more reliable and I like the cars. Based on your experiences (and I trust it would be unbiased as much as possib...

Check Ebay. Make sure and buy for your model year though as the bars seem to sit differently for 04-09 as compared to the 10-14.

Could check Rockauto.com too but remember you have to buy NON-California. It is imperative to ensure this.

Re: The Mazda 3 thread

wa price 4 a front shock mount fellas? Last time I bought one from SS it was $375. Make sure is not that bearing bad in your front strut, because sometimes mechanincs may not realize and throw out the balls from it when unmounting and it makes a rattling sound. SS has that for $3-something as well.

Buy the originals from Southern Sales or online. The OE Replacements don't hold up well.

Re: The Mazda 3 thread

You have to buy the Non Federal version as the California version is made to fit the Emissions regulations of those parts. The NGK are pretty good and the original is actually made by Denso.

Stick with the Mazda fluid or use proven Redline MV ATF D4 or the Amsoil MV ATF. THere are some people that may use it with out issue but I wasn't pleased when I had it in my 3.

Wildcard26 , where'd you get the RBI bushings to buy and approximately how much did they cost? Re: The Mazda 3 thread

You can get he RBI bushings for the cradle. If your mechanic is informed enough he will know how to get out the old ones and press them into the bracket. I did that to one of mine over a year now and it going strong. The RBI isn't that expensive either. If you are getting linkages for the front I su...

If it when your A/C is on then that scent is most likely a sign that you Cabin Air Filter needs to be changed if you haven't already.

Re: Listing of Mazda Parts Sellers

I would say you would either have to bring it in, check Southern Sales for original. As for OEM Replacements, I would trust my money on Gates Belts. You can Check Rockauto because they have the 1.6l listed; unless of course you have a 1.5l Japanese Foreign Used.

Re: The Mazda 3 thread

There are some guys who do repairs on alternators that can do this; check them and see. I have even spoken to an A/C guy and he said they rebuild compressors so you could find out about that if it really is the compressor and if the bearing can be changed.
